Sarah Clay Mardam-Bey
Sarah Clay leads Bryant Vision and serves as a member of the BryantCorp Board of Directors. She joined the family business in 2014 after serving as an oncology nurse practitioner specializing in bone marrow transplant and end-of-life care. In 2023 she transitioned from the Director of Finance at BryantCorp to opening the Bryant family office, Bryant Vision, where she preserves the families’ values while also enhancing the family’s ability to grow. Sarah Clay earned her BA from Furman University and her BSN/MSN from Duke University. She enjoys the outdoors, gardening, and most importantly, exploring the world with her husband and three children.
Dan Tracey
Dan leads the investment function for Bryant Vision. He works across real estate, private equity and other asset classes to ensure alignment between Bryant Vision's investment portfolio and its stakeholders. Dan also works hand-in-hand with the BryantCorp team to source, develop and manage new investments. Dan began his career as a property manager in Chapel Hill, and subsequently worked in management consulting for FMI Corp, as a corporate attorney for Wyrick Robbins Yates & Ponton, LLP and most recently in corporate development for Affordable Care, LLC. Dan earned his BA, JD and MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, and lives in Raleigh, NC with his wife Stephanie and their three boys. He spends his free time on the golf course or on his bike.
Malcolm Bryant
Malcolm leads development at Bryant Vision. He is also the co-founder and former President/CEO of BryantCorp. He has an irrational optimism he brings to all those around him. Even though he’s a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), you’re just as likely to see him volunteering as the Easter Bunny as in a business suit in the board room. Married for over 40 years to his fellow co-founder, Sally, he enjoys two wonderful children, their spouses, three incredible grandchildren, and a dog named Boo.
