We Are
BryantCorp combines decades of industry experience with a warm, family-oriented approach to property and development management that enables us to create spaces that build community.
Pre-1980 - Inner workings of a family-owned business
BryantCorp founders Sally and Malcolm Bryant each experienced the inner workings of a family-owned business when they were growing up: Malcolm started out hauling hay on his family’s farm in Mount Sterling, Kentucky, while Sally started out creating renderings at her family’s homebuilding business in Owensboro, Kentucky.
1980 - Malcolm & Sally Bryant settle in Owensboro, KY
Malcolm and Sally met at the University of Kentucky, where they earned their degrees in business and design, respectively. They married in 1980 and settled in Owensboro, where they explored their entrepreneurial spirit and witnessed the positive impact family-owned and operated businesses have on communities and economies.
1999 - Sally and Malcolm spin off to form The Malcolm Bryant Corporation
In 1992, Sally and Malcolm branched off to form their own business: The Malcolm Bryant Corporation (now doing business as BryantCorp). From the start, the family-owned management company, with services in property, hospitality, development, and construction management, has provided spaces that build community and serve as settings where all people and businesses can thrive.
