Malcolm Bryant

Director of Development

Malcolm and his wife, Sally, founded BryantCorp in 1992.  After leading the company for many decades through countless ups and just a few downs, Malcolm currently focuses on new project development and community outreach in our target markets throughout the Southeastern United States.  Malcolm excels in multi-stakeholder community revitalization projects, and drove execution for a complete downtown riverfront transformation in his hometown of Owensboro, KY.  Over his career, Malcolm has cultivated long-term partnerships with high-impact institutions including Fortune 100 companies, government agencies, municipalities, and academic and healthcare facilities – all throughout our company’s Southeastern footprint.  Malcolm has served on the Federal Reserve Board (Louisville Branch), the Kentucky Bar Association Board of Governors and was previously Vice President of The Kentucky Chamber of Commerce.  Married for over 40 years to his fellow co-founder, Sally, Malcolm enjoys two wonderful children, three incredible grandchildren and a dog named Boo.
